The event will be held at a pub not far from Combs Reservoir. For more information about the venue please visit the link. I have told the pub to expect people from our party from 6pm, they serve food daily 12 - 9:30pm. The loggable event officially runs from 6pm till 10pm although you of course can be at the pub earlier or later as you desire.
The event will keep to the regular KT formula of of food, drink and geochat and there will be a short series of caches published at 8pm in keeping with tradition. Very close by you will find the Goyt section of the Alien caches should you want a walk in the day time and there are plenty of other local caches if you are in the area early. Please note, the KT events are not just a regular group of people meeting, they are a monthly meeting for all - we welcome new and local people at every event and encourage anyone to come along and join us.
Train access is available by getting off at Chapel-en-le-Frith and walking 1 mile down a footpath to the pub. The return trains run quite late but you would need to check your own requirements. There is plenty of car parking at the pub, follow signs for the extra spaces.
