Geocache Description:

We ride the Alpine Loop regularly (from American Fork canyon to Sundance in Provo Canyon) in the summertime on our motorcycles and this is a spot we stop at to take a break. We have our initials in the area on one of the trees. There aren't many caches in the Alpine Loop so we had to place one here.

This is a great place to go for a Sunday drive. It's cool up at the summit and is a relaxing way to escape from the heat in the valley. It's even better to take a ride through this in the fall as the leaves are changing color. The cache isn't too far from the road, maybe 20 feet or so. It's not a hard one to get to and shouldn't be too hard to find either. There is a little pull-off to park at near the cache. This cache will only be available during the summer months as the Alpine Loop is gated up and closed during the winter.
