At the time we were considering placing a cache at this location, there were two wild turkeys, a cardinal, and a farmer out checking the irrigation. Hence the title, "Not so dead... dead end". I wanted to place a cache here since it is on one of my favorite biking routes. I love the beautiful, quiet farmland.
