Geocache Description:

Thank you to Baack40 for archiving her geocaches to allow placement of this one! :) Also, the number of paces is close, but may not be exact. In some places you may have to walk around a stone, rather than walking in a straight line (I didn't count those extra steps.) I think the little hints should be enough to get you there, even if you have a slightly shorter or longer stride. As with any cemetery cache, please be respectful and courteous. The geocache is not around any of the stones. Daylight caching only!

1. Start at the original coordinates, facing into the cemetery.

2. Go 28 paces 80 degrees ENE.

3. Count the number of letters in the last name of this cool memorial, and multiply by 6. Go that many paces, 70 degrees ENE.

4. At this very noticeable monument, add the number of consonants in the first names from all four sides. Add that to the number of consonants in the last name. Only use the last name one time. Take that many paces 90 degrees E.

5. Upon arriving at this tree-mendous stone, count the number of logs (make sure you get them all). Add one. Multiply by 5. Walk that many paces 120 degrees ESE.

6. Find the one of eight who was born the earliest. Subtract his year of birth from his year of death. Go that many paces 120 degrees SE.

7. Check this place out! Seems to have a very interesting story... the man buried here was a doctor, and U.S. Representative.... Head 150 degrees SE for 98 paces.

8. This memorial stone is of a Civil War soldier, who happens to be the son of the doctor/representative you just left! Count the number of letters in this man's name. Add that to the number of letters for where he died. Add to the day he died. Take that many paces 235 degrees WNW.

9. Here you should be able to pull up a comfy, shady seat, and find the micro with the final stage coordinate information. (Hint available for this stage, if needed.)

10. Check out the final stage! Please rehide carefully for the next person to find! :)

A big congratulations to Baack40 for working through this puzzle (and all the bugs! Thank you!) to be the first to find!!! :) Great job!!
