The Western Development Museum is located in 4 cities across Saskatchewan with the Curatorial Centre being located in Saskatoon across the street from the WDM on Lorne Avenue. The Saskatoon location features BoomTown 1910 with a life size mainstreet from the year 1910 inside the WDM building. It also houses large displays of vehilces and farm equipment.
The Yorkton WDM features the story of people as they imigrated to Saskatchewan and settled here, breaking land and farming. There is a large outdoor display of farm equipment.
The Moose Jaw WDM features the history of transportation with diplays of vehicle and aircraft.
The North Battleford WDM features a heritage farm and village on the early years in Saskatchewan.
The Curatorial centre houses many artifacts not yet on display, those that have been changed for other displays and articles undergoing restoration.
