This cache has been placed with the inspiration gleaned by finding caches hidden by 'da438' whom we believe hides in the North Central part of Kansas, mostly. He is one of our very Favorite Cache hiders and is very ingenious and ultra-creative with his concealments. (If you get the opportunity to cache for his "Hope" series, you will soon see what we mean!)
You are looking for a small-sized container. PI present and need to walk through knee-high grass in summer season. The treasure is 'back-in-there' and hopefully your GPS will get you close. I marked 3 waypoints before I was satisfied, and after walking it off several times, I came within 8 feet of the elusive devil! The "hint" should help as well.
