Lyst på litt trim, følg naturstien fra Bånkall Gård opp til krakken, hvor du kan ta en hvil før du leter etter cachen jeg har gjemt i området. En stor boks med plass til masse bytteting, så ikke glem å ta med noe å legge igjen. :)

If you want some exercise, follow the trail from Bånkall Gård up to the bench, where you can have a rest before looking for the cache I've hidden up there. It is a big box with lots of place, so don't forget to bring something to leave behind in case you find something you like.
