On quiet weekdays, this should be a normal cache. You could park either on the boat launch or park side, because you'll be exploring the trail network that runs between them.
To unlock MUGGLE RUN (To The Maximum!) mode, go on a weekend or any time you see the place is packed. Maybe bring along credibility props like a towel over your shoulder, or a beach tote to toss the cache into when muggles come down the trail right when you're signing the log. Find a place to park, stretch out, practice your "I just stopped here along the trail to tie my shoe" move; then set out on your quest!
You can walk on clear trails all the way up to ground zero, and cache is within two steps of trail - don't go bushwacking! Cache is a black tube the size of an oatmeal container.
