Driving around on some national forest roads, I decided to stop for a minute. Looked to my left and noticed that the skyline was visiable at the top of the hill. So I decided to hike up to the top real quick and see if the there was a worthwhile view up there. Make my way there thru the briars (no easy task in the summer and wearing shorts) and am not disappionted at all. Nice viiew of the nearby mountains even with all the summer vegetation out. Sure the fall and winter will provide more of a view, but still not too shabby.
Find a spot to hide the ammo can that I am carrying near the view point. Wouldn't want you to miss it after all.
Now to find my way back down.
Happy caching!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats to Fanasfreaks for the FTF!!!!!!!
small note: As required by the USFS for caches hidden in the Chattahoochee National Forest the cache is prominently labeled as a geocache and the label includes the GC number and the owner's e-mail address, both on the outside and inside. Enjoy!
