In the early 1970's there were more than 200 different snowmobile manufacturers. Collecting and restoring these old sleds has become a popular pastime across the great northwoods. Antique/vintage snowmobile shows and rides are held every weekend during the winter months, where enthusiasts gather to show off their rides and talk all things snowmobile.
All caches in this series are micros of various sizes, and are very near the paved trail surface. Please do not park on Hwy 61 when searching. All hides are "winter friendly", so feel free to hop on your old sled and do some caching!
