A Puzzling Celebration Mystery Cache

I am not good at puzzles, so I wanted to make one that was pretty easy to solve, but not super easy.

NOTE: Cache is not at the posted coordinates

Over the course of the 2014 summer (July – September) I will be holding 5 events. At each of these events you can earn a puzzle piece that has part of the missing coordinates. Reassemble them in the right order and you will have everything you need to find the cache.

But let’s say you can’t come to the events or it is now way past them and you want to solve this puzzle? Easy! Within one week of the completion of the events I will post a picture of the puzzle piece to the gallery and you can still solve it.
