This cache is located right in front of the Los Altos History Museum. The museum covers the history of Los Altos back from when it was full of apricot orchards to today.
This area has very high muggle traffic, more for the library and the athletic fields, less for the museum. The peak times for the library are the Summer, and the weekends. My best advice is to find the cache in the morning or in the later afternoon. The cache location may look suspicious to many people passing by, so the difficuly has been raised to compenste for that problem.
The cache has a pencil and room for small trackables. Congratulations to jsingewald for another FTF! Have fun!
