Geocache Description:

Welcome to The Bunker - 515.

A tough find in a pontentially dangerous area.   Hunting in the fall, a steep rock drop off, and loose rocks make this are somewhat dangerous   Please keep a close watch on children and be careful when in and around the rocks.

The Bunker shows up on the NGGS topo maps for this area.   If you are looking at a topo map on your GPS you may see a landmark called Bunker 515.   515 refers to the highest elevation at the peak in this area.   The fomation has gotten the name The Bunker on the NGGS topo maps...but I can find no reason why it has this name.

Bounce will be tough in this area.   Take a look at the hint for a little bit of help.  GPS accuracy, when taking readings, was at best 25'.

WARNING:   The rocks in this area are not all that stable.  While you need to make a small small descent..a large climb is not required.   Climbing in this are can be potentially deadly, so use all caution and do not go beyond your personal limits.   No ropes or climbing gear is required to reach the cache.

Enjoy the view and this unquie area in the Liberty Watershed.
