Geocache Description:

This cache is placed on the Northbound side of the new back door way to get into Fort Knox. This cache is NOT a power run cache and is designed to add some fun to your average roadside cache. This cache has good parking off the highway.

After this and a few other roads additions that have been added in our area, you can now go from Elizabethtown to Fort Knox without traveling busy 31w (Dixie Highway). By using the newly constructed Patriot Parkway then going North on 313 you will come to this new section of roadway that was carved out of part of 1500 and Logsdon Parkway where you will cruise along without having to stop for the many traffic lights that you would encounter along 31w, right up to the main gate of the post.
