NEW HINT!!! Coordinates are off by 30 - 50 feet. This square, camo'd cache is located In a high foot traffic plaza where it's a great place to eat, take a break and people watch. About upper thigh level on an average asian woman, amidst mother nature's oxygen producing gifts, tucked away in a corner, closer to shade. If you choose to sit, be careful of leaning too far...unless you want a green back. Please beware of muggles, especially during Farmer Market Mondays.
