*****Congratulations to owl1959 and johnnie for First to Find****

This is where I go to get a workout riding my bike as much as 14 miles one way just for fun!! This is a beatufiul ride as you go through carved out areas of rock on the trail  you can feel the tempature difference (cool). Going through the tunnel is exciting and fun. There are alot of group bike riders that use this trail to ride and practice on so stay to the right and they will yell on the left (passing you). This trail is only open durng day light hours. Have fun and bring plenty of water.

Trailhead is at mile marker 33.5 on the Silver Comet Trail, has a porta-toilet, and paved parking lot.

Located 2.6 miles east from trailhead is the massive 800-foot, turn of the century railroad tunnel under Brushy Mountain Road. It was built in 1912 and is located at mile marker 30.9 on the Silver Comet Trail in Paulding County.
