The cache is not available from the interstate, take the gravel road.
Sometimes a great cache location can give you a real good view of your inner state. Other times you just get a view of the interstate.
Please be advised this road is gravel but I have seen it get quite muddy after a rain. If the road looks a bit wet you can always pull over at the top of the hill and just hike it over to the cache - about 0.1 mi. As always, use common sense and Geocache at your own risk.
