Time for a Meet-n-Greet for those of us in the Harbor Zones and surrounding areas.
We will meet at the posted coordinates for an informal gathering to start our Saturday, sip a cup o'joe, match some names-n-faces, and share some comradery amongst Geocachers.
Attendees will also “kill two birds with one stone.” As an Event Cache, you will meet one of the requirements of the “7 Souvenirs of August” and also earn the “International Geocaching Day 2014”souvenir!
Those in attendance will also be entered into a drawing for a $10 gift certificate from the establishment we are meeting at. Drawing at end of M&G.
So let’s get together and make some noise! ;)

Whatch For....
We're thinking of another Event Cache after some SnowBirds arrive, November'ish
Possibly on either side of the Peace River & US41 area: Gilchrist Park on the south-side or along Bayshore Road on the North-side. Pavillion-style, hotdogs, refreashments, etc.
SO please check the cache-map nearer then, OR join one of the local Facebook Geocaching groups (that offer you to get notices) like the local one;
"Broken Compass Geocachers" [click on our banner at top of page]
OR
"South Florida Geocachers Association"
OR
"Florida Southwest Area Geocachers (FL SWAG)"
All three of these FB groups will send you a message when someone posts an event. The others will not.
SO... keep an eye out for a November event.
