This little area shuld not be completely unfamilar to any veteran cachers of the area. Most recently the final of a puzzle about World Series final outs was here before it went missing (twice). Much, much longer ago in practically the Stone Age this area was home to a short-lived traditional cache that out FTF attempt was foiled on by YBLee. In fact, some of the early finders (with a few exceptions) of that cache could be a real blast from the past for some locals here!
Anyway, a trip down memory lane aside, this cache is a very short walk from the parking area. It's a small decon container that isn't hanging since an unfortunate accident broke off part of its hanging piece in the back. You can see where it broke off when you find the cache but again, this piece has nothing to do with the hide or opening the cache.
Please replace as found and cover the cache if possible. It is currently uncovered, but since the container is camouflaged it is hidden from the trail. Still, if you see a good stick or piece of bark that could cover the cache please do so! Thanks, and enjoy the area.
