This is a webcam cache located in Downtown Anchorage.
The easiest way to log this cache is with the help of a partner.
(Anyone with a cell modem?) You need to stand at the cache site and
pat Balto on the head after calling your friend at the computer.
Meanwhile your partner saves your picture from this website, which
updates every 30 seconds or so:

I recommend checking the website before you go to make sure it
is working. When the camera is down, they post pictures from a
previous day, so check the date on the pics to make sure it is
running live. If it is NOT up and running, just wait for another
time. Post your picture with Balto when you log your visit on the
cache web page if you want credit for "finding" this cache.
