My Geocaching.com map does not show that this section of the IAT is actually in HCSP - it looks to be on private land - but be assured that these new IAT caches are on the HCSP property. Years ago when I came here to hike this section of the IAT, HCSP did not extend north to Edminister Road and the trail was nice, but not as beautiful to hike as it is now since they have redone the route.
This cache is located near where it appears that years ago someone planted 6 White Pine Trees and placed rows of rocks along the sides of the trail - I'm not sure of their history or significance but it seemed a pleasant location at which to place a cache.
A nice parking area is available nearby where you can access the IAT and follow it to either the north or south of Edminister Road. A State Park Pass is required to access this area and park.
Please note that there are designated biking and horse trails in HCSP, but bikes and horses are not allowed on the IAT.

I have placed these caches so that they should be winter friendly if you wish visit during the snowy season.
