If you can get to Barboursville, and can keep moving toward the radio tower, you can find the park and the cache. It's a fun hike, in a beautful area, and worth your time.
In Barboursville, head up Martha Road to the entrance of the park. The coordinates of the entrance are N38 23.934 and W082 17.567. If you can't find it, ask anyone in the city and they can point you right to it.
Once you enter the park from Martha Rd., drive up to the top of the hill. (Coordinates N38 23.753 by W082 17.854)
At the top of the hill, take a right, heading toward the picnic shelters at the top. As you approach the top of the hill, there will be a gravel road branching off to your left. Take this road.
Drive until the road forks, and park in front of the gated path with the signs reading, "No Vehicles Beyond This Point." (The coordinates for parking are N38 23.912 by W082 18.025.)
From here, it's a brief hike by foot up the hill toward the tower. When you get to the tower, go to the head of the trail you'll be taking, at coordinates N38 23.888 by W082 18.194.
