There is a public footpath that runs between Penshaw village and Coxgreen, I would say that it is not suitable for wheelchair access, you can expect a walk along the sides of a field, theres cashes in the Village and cashes at Coxgreen so you could use this as a waypoint between the two.
Dont think about plastic container or a gift please bring a pen. Quickest place to Park is in the village to get to this one.
