This cache is placed quite close to the Rangituhi Crescent entrance of the Porirua Scenic Reserve. The track can be very steep, slippery and muddy in places so please be careful especially if it's been raining. It's a beautiful walk with thick bush and couple nice views here and there. There are a few unmarked tracks that aren't on maps too just to make things interesting.
This is my first cache! I'm pretty sure the coordinates are accurate enough but I'll make sure the hints are helpful.
You're looking for a micro to the right of the track (if coming from the entrance) after the second bridge. You have to leave the track about 2-3 meters.
Bring your own pen, the cache contains a logbook only and tweezers for extracting the log but if they happen to go missing, you may need your own extraction device.
