This cache may not be suitable for the faint hearted or young girls.. it is placed along a stream in the Porirua Scenic Reserve. Closest access would be from the Rangituhi Crescent entrance. The walk can be very slippery and muddy especially after wet weather.
GPS signal was quite patchy and phone signal was non existant in this area but that's okay, you don't actually need either of them as long as you can read the description and hint you should be fine.
If you are coming from Rangituhi Crescent, you will cross 3 bridges before the path and the stream start going separate ways, it is then that you'll want to leave the main track and follow the stream. There is a path to begin with which becomes more and more vague. Continue walking up the stream (some stream hopping may be required) until you come to another stream coming down the hill to your right which joins up to the main stream. You will also see a large tree with some tags on it. You are at the GZ. No need to cross the trench. Cache contains a log only, BYOP.
