Placed this one to offer another spot to gaze upon the beautiful lake in all its' glory. If you look to the right you can see the Ship being used as a breakwall.

This cache is so named for the Officer that came checking on me. I was here taking a waypoint reading for this cache recently. My back was to the road so I paid no attention when a car drove up. When I didn't move or look the Officer came over to chat ... BFL and all. Wow! that thing is bright! As he had no idea what geocaching was, we had a little teacher / student demonstration going on 
. If he happens to come along while you're here, please be sure to say hello and do tell him this cache is placed in his honour.
There is no need to climb down the rocks.
