Geocache Description:

A quick cache and dash with the scope for a more leisurely exploration of the church of St Andrew and the lovely countryside around Norton.

Whilst the cache site is easily wheelchair accessible, retrieving the geocache itself may require a little assistance as it involves a bit of a reach. There is plenty of parking nearby

The cache is small so please bring a pen.

This cache is in honour of our youngest son who came home from school one day complaining that he had to write an essay in French describing the town where he lived. ‘Oh great’, he grumbled, ‘we have nothing in Norton - all we have is a church and a phone box!”  And he was right – but it is one of the traditional red phone boxes and a very pretty little church. This cache allows you to see both!

Also, for the eagle-eyed amongst you, you might even spot our proudly displayed sign, ‘Best kept village in Radnorshire 1973 – 1978!!
