Geocache Description:

Do you love geocaching but hate trying to plan your trips and manage all the caches? If so this event might be for you. Saturday August 23rd 2014 I will be teaching a Caching tools 101 class (see below for details). The class will be held at the Panara Bread in the Gallera mall on the second level. Panara has given us the community room for free from 3pm-6pm.

Please join us and learn about some caching tools and all the wonderfiull things they can do. This class is going to be taught as if you never used any caching tools before so any level of users are welcome.

By the end of the class you will be able to:

1. Create a new database

2. Load geocaches from geocaching.com, Pocket Quieries, and bookmark lists.

3. Send caches to your GPS

4. Log finds the quick and easy (hundreds of caches in minutes)

5. Learn about macros and how to install one.

6. Learn how to calculate the fastest route to find a set group of caches.

Panara has offered us the room for free all they ask is that we DO NOT bring food/drinks from outside the store. Please support them as they supported us and have your dinner at the class.

Note: Aclem/Aaronsgirl will NOT be buying your meal.

If you can not make it to this class other may be scheduled after this one.

Seating is limited to about 20-25 people if you don't want to learn about GSAK and want to attend please be courteous to the people who do want to learn and make sure they have a seat.
