I have been coming to Darwin on an annual basis for quite some time now and while here enjoy hunting down the local caches and meeting the local cachers so I decided it was time to say thanks and to do so thought I would place caches to help the local cachers get the special souvenirs for August 2014 where cachers need to find 6 different types of caches. As I like history and dislike dark holes I decided to combine both and hide caches in or around significant trees or locations and dark holes as I hate putting my hands in these because of the possibility of critters that might be lurking there.
This traditional cache is hidden by a significant patch of Bamboo on a piece of history from Pine Creek.
The cover makes getting an accurate reading for the cords difficult so a detailed clue has been given
This will be looked after by Doodle Bug Oz and Corunnaroad once they have found the
cache.
