This is the first cache in the mini powertrail, with 8 in total - more if you include the 3 hidden by other people. These caches will most likely be edited or replaced as time goes by, for now they are a simple find.
Along this road there are a few points of interest, including the narrow bridge - a popular muggle attraction. Travel to the end of the road and you will find yourself at the powerplant (don't worry there are several places to turn around before or even at the plant).
Be sure to stop by the McDonald's across 13, you may run into Braytography at his job - and a white truck with a tracking code is usually parked in the parking lot.
