Wizard of Ooze: It appears based on the last log on the cache page that the cache owner doesn't plan on replacing the cache, but selected "temporary disable" instead of "permanently archive" the cache.
I've archived the listing. If the cache owner did intend to replace the cache within the next 30 days or so, please contact me and I'll look into reinstating the listing. Otherwise, you won't need to do anything further.
