Geocache Description:

The so called "Allgau Orient Dostluk ve Barış Rallisi" or in German the "Allgäu-Orient-Rallye" takes place every year, starting in Oberstaufen in Germany and finishing in Amman, Jordan. In 2013 the municipality of İstanbul donated the area where this cache is located to the organising committee of the rallye. The estate is about 10.000 square metres large and is created for the purpose of recreation of the inhabitants nearby. 1 year ago, the rallye-participants brought trees from their home countries and planted them there. In 2014 the rallye-teams transported wood trusses to the park. A youth centre and meeting place will be built with this material. In the next years the area will change to a nice park with a great view and be a part of İstanbul.

The cache is hidden near the rallye-park. It is a small size - well hidden under a rock. If you need a hint, have a look at the spoiler-picture attached to this listing. It would be great to see some pictures of the park, the growing trees or the youth centre - so use your camera! We dropped some coins and rallye-giveaways in the cache-container. Have fun here!
