Pasco GeoFest "Family Day"

Sunday, November 9th, 2014

J. B. Starkey Wilderness Park
New Port Richey, FL

Pasco GeoFest is a two-day event; Saturday is "Cacher Day" and Sunday is "Family Day". Come for one day, or join us for the entire weekend of fun. There will be food, geocaching, games, and lots of time to visit with your fellow cachers. Details about the venues, activities, daily schedules and other important information can be found at our website...

The posted coordinates are for Pavilion "A" at J.B. Starkey Wilderness Park - next to the children's playground.

Pasco GeoFest "Family Day" is full of family-friendly activities for kids and adults. So small children are particularly welcome - as are pets, as long as they are on a leash. There will be lots of other activities going on all around as part of "Pasco EcoFest".

Our lunch will be catered by a well-known Bar-B-Q restaurant ... from noon until 1:30 pm. Bar-B-Q pork or beef, cole slaw, and baked beans. Or you can bring your own picnic lunch. Drinking water will be available at no cost, and soda and other snacks will be available for purchase. If you have a special dessert you would like to share, PLEASE BRING IT!

Our Bar-B-Q lunch will be $8 for adults and $6 for kids under 12. If you plan to join us for lunch, please let us know in your "will attend" log how many adults and kids will be in your party so we'll know how much food to have prepared.

We will have a table for trading or discovering trackables or geocoins on both days of the event. And two of your favorite geocaching stores will be there with all kinds of geocaching goodies on both days.

Custom medalions will be given to anyone who logs a "Will Attend" in advance (by 5:00 pm the Friday before the event).
