We love spending time in BC's beautiful back country and often take advantage of free camping at the forestry campgrounds. There are some beautiful sites and we decided to start a new series to share some of them with our fellow cachers.
This cache is located up a dirt road that has improved quite a bit over the years. A truck, SUV or recreational vehicle would be best, but we have seen cars up here. The cache is located a short distance from the camp site area. There is a few parking spots available for non campers as well. Please do not park at the resort. Bring a picnic lunch or fishing rod and enjoy the day in the back country. If you have a kayak or small boat, bring it up too. There are quite a few water caches on this lake! Or pack up your trailer or tent and spend the night!
