Psychology DX #5 - Hypochondriasis Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Reviewer Revan: Cache Owner (CO) has not responded, so I am regretfully archiving this cache to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking new cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace this cache sometime in the future (not to exceed 10 days from the date of this entry), just contact me (by e-mail), and assuming it still meets the current Guidelines, I will consider unarchiving this cache.

Please be advised this is not a guarantee that this geocache will be unarchived. Many factors will go into my decision. The most important of which is how you responded to geocachers who tried to communicate with you regarding the problem(s) with this geocache hide and how you communicated with me, the Reviewer Revan.

Geocache Description:

My family's love for geocaching began in Switzerland.  The Swiss are extremely crafty with their geocache construction.  My family attempts to bring the Swiss enthusiasm for cache creativity to our Psychology series throughout our town of Trophy Club, and now, Southlake.  We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!  If you love them, please award a favorite point, my six-year-old (Yikes!  Where does the time go?) loves receiving them!

An estimated one to five percent of people experience hypochondriasis.  In hypochondriasis, people believe, or strongly suspect, that they are sick.  The patient’s symptomology generally does not support this belief. The patient’s preoccupation with illness persists, despite the reassurance of medical personnel and the preoccupation may become all consuming.  Please seek assistance from a mental health professional if you believe you are struggling with hypochondriasis.

Congratulations to BluRaider and Xfeed for FTF!
