This particular half-mile, paved portion of trail inside Hamilton's Veterans Park features an exercise fitness circuit. Exercise events occur at separate stations along the way. Whether you choose to perform the exercises specified as you solve the puzzle is entirely up to you, dear Cacher.
Personally, I like to begin my fitness routine with a double dose of hamstring stretches, followed with an achilles stretch plus a chin up. Then I round out my first set with the knee lift.
When I begin my second set, I'm always reminded of my favorite type of cache finds, which are those where I can sit and reach for them. I finish up with a good bench dip plus a leg stretch.
Note: during the winter of 2014-2015 one of the circuit course signs went missing. As the sign is required to solve the puzzle, I've posted a photo of the sign in the gallery.
