This series has been set in appreciation of local geocachers who have contributed to and enhanced our geocaching experience since moving to the Delta area. Each cache's name is a 3 letter abbreviated form of the geocacher's trail name. This one is bearmoose.
Kudos for the honored geocacher are welcomed in your logging of this cache.
Thanks to Pioneer Poodle for the series idea, the help she gave us as new geocachers, and the fun we had doing her Via Linda Trail in AZ
As always in arid country, watch for unfriendly flora and fauna.
Congrats to bearmoose for FTF
10-17-14 Not wishing to raise the difficulty but getting lots of cries for help so adding an open hint to equalize reality. The "hint" below was constructed as a distraction and has been pretty well destroyed by searchers. Your GPS is most likely NOT miss-leading you, the most logical area for GZ is probably just that. As a well know politician once said, "Face West, young man, Face West!" then, as yet another famous philosopher said "When faced with a problem, take a step back, and then reassess the situation"
2-14-15 Multiple DNFs and cries for help, checked cache and in position. Still not wanting to raise difficulty so am adding yet another hint. The advice of the politician and philosopher noted above was given to a young man who stood Knee High to a Grasshopper. After taking the above advice he always went in the Right direction.
