長青公園及長青服務中心位於台中市北區北平路一段，佔地約2537坪。
市政府將北平路公園預定地開闢為現在的長青公園及長青服務中心，提供老人充分活動的空間。公園內環境清幽，遠離塵囂，園內設有老人服務中心、運動及兒童遊樂設施，是年長者休閒散心的好去處。
Senior Citizens Park and Senior Citizens Service center is located at Sec. 1, Beiping Rd., North Dist., Taichung City.
