This park has been a favorite of mine for hiding caches. It seems every year or two the cache gets lost/destroyed (rest in peace "Veronica's Vault" and most recently "Billy Goats Gruff") so it is time for a new cache, on the other side of the park. I picked this new location to give people a chance ot explore the park. It's an easy walk, an easy hide, and very much worth your time.
Meanwhile, a bit about Veronica Valley: This use to be a nine-hole golf course! Can you believe it? Notice the little tuffs of really nice grass? That is about all that's left. It was a bit crazy back then with a fairy tale theme (what adult golf courses have a fairy tale theme?) and now it is overgrown and a bit magical. Let's thank everyone for turning this into a park and not into a condo development! As you walk around appreciate how fast nature takes over.
PLEASE HELP: I can't find the cache! Others can (you can!), I can't. Please post a pic when you find and leave it out in the near-open, like resting against the tree trunk. I will then do maintenance.
