Geocache Description:

NOTE: The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

You might want to start there anyway. Look for the image below nearby. You may find it useful to enter the lobby of that nearby building which is open 7:00am - 11:00pm daily.

I think that the bi-level lobby of this building is quite impressive. Mosaic tile tableaus depict the early European explorers of America and their interactions with the native tribes. The mosaic tile frieze was designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. Bronze busts of European explorers and Native Americans are above the elevators of both the first floor and the second floor balcony.

The men shown below will tell you which strange lands to journey into to find the cache. Hey, what's that last thing? Maybe it's a clue.

If you are interested in learning more about the history of this 1895 building and its artwork, please check out the interactive displays in the hallway just beyond our friends Chicagou and Noon Day, or take one of the Chicago Architecture tours.

You can check your answers for this puzzle on GeoChecker.com.

If you've enjoyed this cache, please consider giving it a favorite point.

Congratulations to Tzinny & Twigwig for the FTF on the puzzle solving, and Twigwig & Walt Grogan on the final.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)

[You will most likely need to spend a good amount of time in the lobby. Nearby parking options can be costly, but you can find metered spots on Clark Street 1 block west, or LaSalle Street 10 blocks west. Make sure that you read that correctly.] Svany: Unvel Orne vf lbhe sevraq, Yvggyr Cnagure vf abg.
