On the out skirts of Hurd State Park you will find old black top roads being reclaimed by nature. There is a sweet little loop trail where you might find yourself with a butterfly as an escort. A few trails are mixed in and one will lead you back into the main section of the park. I have enjoyed hiking through here in recent summers.
