ENG: The Amsicora Stadium name's is related to the legendary sardinian hero "Amsicora". It was used mostly for football matches and was the home of Cagliari Calcio from 1951 to 1970, after that the team won its championship season in '69-'70. It's one of the oldest ones in Italy. its construction dates back to the late nineteenth century.
Today it's used for the hockey matches and for the athletics training.
