There use to be a cache in this parking lot- you might have found it. The CO dropped out of the game and I replaced it twice since I shop at this store on a regular basis. This time I let it be archived so I could put in another one, with slightly better coordinates.
This one is on the borderline of being handicap accessible, in case anyone wants to try
You are looking for an Altoids tin. Trackable for the FTF to move along. Stealth is needed because it's a busy parking lot.
