Geocache Description:

A simple cache along Soil Conservation Service Site 2 Reservoir.

Saturday mornings along the Brushy Creek Trail can get pretty crowded with bicyclists, joggers, walkers, dogs, children, and some oddballs that decide to do their exercises in the middle of the trail.   I've opted to move my morning bicycle ride to the shared use pathway along 183-A, and though not as crowded, it certainly is not as scenic.  I happened to ride down County Road 273 just after sunrise and happened to see the sun coming up over this site with the catchy name of Soil Conservation Service Site 2 Reservoir.   So, to mark this spot, I've decided to place a small cache, though nothing so dramatic as the sunrise.

Parking isn't much of an issue for a bicycle, but it may be a bit more of a problem with a car.   There is a small shoulder area just south of the bridge on the southbound side where you might be able to temporarily pull somewhat off the road.   There is also a much larger area near the intersection of 273 and 2243 where you could pull off, but you will have a bit more of a walk.   When I've been on the road, there has been an occasional car, but the road doesn't seem heavily trafficked, but obviously could be different when you visit.  Use caution when near the road.
