The Excelsior Community Building has been the site of many events in this tiny little community. I can remember having family reunions, craft shows, elections, and bake sales. It was often called the "local hall", and I fondly remember a sign on the stage insde that said "no dancing". It's now the home of many pieces of local history, featuring photos of many coal mines that use to dot the landscape up and down Highway 253. The parking lot is easily accessable from both Highway 253, as well as Quillman Road, cache is located on the South side of the building. You're looking for a small aluminum container that was designed and manufactured by us here in Arkansas. Congrats to Jffok for the FTF (or, at least, first to sign the log)! No longer are you looking for an aluminum container, as someone has stolen it (any details as to where it went, please let me know), now it's a black film container in the exact same location as the last.
