The EMP fire station is usually a really quiet place. However, when there's smoke in the area, there's quite a bit of hustle and bustle in this little building. Growing up, we attended picnics here, climbing all over the old fire trucks and honking the horns. Now most of the old trucks are gone, as are a lot of the old members. The roster was filled with family members of mine, and it was always fun to listen to them converse on their walkie-talkies when there was trouble. The station sits on my grandparents property, but the cache is closer to the county right-a-way. You're looking for a small aluminum tube that was designed and manufactured by us here in Arkansas. My Dad usually does a good job of keeping everything cut and maintained, but there may be a few weeds in your way. Should be an easy park and grab, but please pull to the side of the driveway to avoid clogging up the road (in case of an emergency). You won't have to cross the cattle guard in order to find the cache. Congrats to Jffok for signing the log first!
