So our watch begins Mystery Cache

This cache can only be found at night.  You will need a flashlight or headlamp to make the find.  The posted coordinates will take you to a tree.  But not any tree.  This tree is right beside the parking lot and has some reflective fire tacks on it.  Once you have found this tree you know your on the right track. Look to the east and follow the trail of tacks.

Using your illuminating device look for the reflective tacks on the trees.  Each tack will get you closer to finding the cache.  Enjoy the walk thru Vermillion Park.  The cache is on the tree marked with the 5 tacks in an up and down line.  Cache contains a logbook only.

There is one small section that crosses some campsites. If there are any large campers there they might block one of the tacks. If you find yourself lost at this spot head Southwest and you should be able to pick up the trail of tacks again. They installed some brighter lights in the lamp posts so we moved some of the tacks into the darkest areas we can find. Enjoy the search!
