Cache nascosto vicino dei resti della Linea Cadorna nei pressi del Monte Tremezzo, poco dopo il rifugio Venini.
Anche se a poco più di 1500 mt è raggiungibile quasi da tutti.
Per gli appassionati di trekking (e soprattutto allenati) consiglio di partire da Menaggio, seguendo le indicazioni dei cache GC593X2 e GC5GDWG. Il dislivello totale dovrebbe essere di poco superiore ai mille metri. (se non sbaglio!) p.s. in questo caso le stelle di difficolta aumentano (2/2.5)
In bici o in auto invece bisogna raggiungere Argegno, da qui proseguire per la valle di Intelvi. Giunti a San Fedele di Invelvi, poco prima della piazza, seguire l'indicazione per Pigra. Arrivati nei pressi del paese bisogna prendere la strada a sinistra con indicazioni rifugio Boffalora. E' una strada di montagna piuttosto stretta e con pendenze costanti tra 7 e 10 % con tratti di poco superiori. Dopo l'alpe di Colonno la strada è in discesa fino al rifugio Boffalora. Da qui proseguire per il rifugio Venini. L'utimo tratto è piuttosto stretto, non consigliato in caso di cattivo tempo, quasi tutto cementato e non eccessivamente ripido, ma con una auto non troppo grande si può arrivare fino al rifugio Venini abbastanza tranquillamente. Attenzione che al rifugio non ci sono molti posti per parcheggiare, consiglio quindi, soprattutto il sabato e la domenica, di arrivare molto prima dell'ora di pranzo.
Il cache si trova poco più avanti del rifugio. Se si vuole si può continuare oltre il monte Tremezzo e il monte Crocione e scendere alla galleria per l'altro cache (GC5CDWG). In questo caso consiglio di portarsi una torcia per l'attraversamento della galleria.
In bici ovviamente è totalmente ciclabile, certamente ci vogliono delle buone gambe! Se si vuole risparmiare la salita da Argegno fino a Pigra si può prendere la funicolare ad Argegno. Per la discesa consiglio il ritorno da Ponna: quasi alla fine della discesa prima del rifugio Boffalora prendere la stradina a destra, il primo tratto è sterrato ma poi è quasi tutta asfaltata.

ATTENZIONE: come già detto, dopo Pigra, si tratta di una strada di montagna, stretta, non particolarmente pericolosa ma bisogna prestare molta attenzione, quindi sconsiglio, a chi non è pratico, di non affrontare questa salita in auto, inoltre declino ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni e/o incidenti.

By bike or car, instead you have to reach Argegno, then proceed to the Intelvi Valley. Once in San Fedele Invelvi, just before the square, follow the signs for Pigra. Arriving near the village take the road to the left signposted refuge Boffalora. It 'a mountain road quite narrow and with constant slope between 7 and 10% with stretches slightly higher. After Alpe Colonno the road is downhill to the hut Boffalora. From here continue to the shelter Venini. The utime stretch is pretty tight, not recommended in case of bad weather, almost all cemented and not overly steep, but not too big a car you can get to the refuge Venini quietly enough. Please note that the shelter there are not many places to park, then the board, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, arriving well before lunch time.
The cache is located just ahead of the refuge. If you want you can continue over the mountain and the mountain Tremezzo Crocione and go down the tunnel to the other cache (GC5CDWG). In this case I recommend to bring a flashlight for the crossing of the tunnel.
By bike of course is totally path, we certainly want good legs! If you want to save the climb up to the Lazy Argegno you can take the funicular to Argegno.There. For the descent recommend returning from Ponna: almost at the end of the descent before the refuge Boffalora take the road to the right, the first section is unpaved but then it is almost all paved.

ATTENTION: as already mentioned, after Pigra, this is a mountain road, narrow, not particularly dangerous but you have to pay a lot of attention, so I do not recommend to anyone who is not practical, not to deal with this climb in the car, also decline any responsibility for damage and / or accidents.
