Fountain of Knowledge Mystery Cache

This cache was placed to coincide with new university students (freshers) arriving, and hopefully joining ArcSoc! This has been placed as part of a 'Geocaching trail - learn about Winchester' day where hopefully new and old students alike can learn more about Winchester, and maybe take up geocaching as a result! This is one of six caches placed with this intention. Of course anyone can grab these caches! 

This is my first attempt at a puzzle cache, I often struggle with these kinds but solving them is always rewarding, but I hope this one won't be too hard! You don't make co-ordinates out of the clues but the clues will lead you to the cache, perhaps use a map of Winchester city centre?
