Geocache Description:

Sunshine Peak, Mt. Elbert, Mt. Massive, Mt. Harvard

This series is dedicated to my Favorite "14ers"- Colorado peaks that are 14,000 ft elevation or higher. They all have Class 1 or 2 hiking trails to the summit providing awesome views on top and along the way. If you have climbed this mountain, post a photo of your adventure. Mt. Evans is the second easiest 14er to summit since the auto road goes to within 100 ft of the top. Only Pikes Peak is easier via the road or railway. After summiting Evans, take the trail towards Mt. Bierstad for awesome views of the The Sawtooth , a jagged ridge between the two peaks.
